In such cases, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process, while also maintaining product quality standards and operational guidelines.
This policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted, how the products are evaluated, and how refunds are processed. We request you to read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most clothing items, as long as they meet the following criteria:

The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

The product must be in unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition.

All original tags, labels, invoices, and packaging materials must be intact and returned along with the product.

The product must not show any signs of wear, stains, perfume, or any damage caused after delivery.
If these conditions are not met, the return request may be rejected.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for the following categories of items:

Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, socks, and accessories

Customized or altered items

Products purchased during clearance sales, end-of-season offers, or any promotions marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"

Any item returned without original packaging, missing tags, or used items

Products reported for return beyond the 7-day window

Return Request Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team by emailing customersupport@lyssian.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91-8788938440 within 7 days of receiving the order.
Please mention the order number, reason for return, and attach clear photos of the product if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This helps us process your request faster.
Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and approve it if all conditions are met. Upon approval, we will either arrange for a pickup or provide instructions for you to self-ship the product to our returns facility.
Product Verification Process After Return
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, it goes through a thorough quality check and verification process before a refund is initiated.
Here’s what we check:

Condition of the product: It must be unused, unwashed, and without any damage or alteration.

Packaging and tags: The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoices attached.

Signs of wear: Products will be checked for stains, body odor, perfume, makeup marks, or any signs of usage.

Correct product: The returned item must match the original order (SKU, size, and color).
This inspection is done by our in-house quality control team and may take 7 to 10 working days after the product reaches our facility.
Refund Timeline and Method
After the product passes all the verification checks, we will initiate your refund.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued through bank transfer or store credit, as preferred by the customer.
Please note that shipping or cash on delivery delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as wrong or damaged item).
Once the refund is approved by Lyssian, it will take 15 to 20 working days to process and credited to your original mode of payment.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only two hours after they have been placed. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still return the item after delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned above.
Abuse of Return Policy
We value our relationship with each customer, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. However, we reserve the right to decline return or refund requests if we notice patterns of repeated returns, fraudulent activity, or misuse of our policy.
Customers found engaging in such behavior may be restricted from using our return services in the future.
