Shipping Policy

At Lyssian, we understand how important it is for you to receive your orders on time and in perfect condition. That’s why we’ve created a clear and transparent shipping policy to guide your shopping experience with us. Please read the following information carefully to understand how our shipping process works.

 

1. Service Coverage

We currently offer shipping services exclusively within India. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to international addresses at this time. We are continually working towards expanding our reach and will update this policy if and when international shipping becomes available.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours from the time the order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.

  • Business Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

  • Exclusions: Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays and national/public holidays.

Once your order is processed, it is handed over to our delivery partners for shipping. A tracking number and shipment confirmation email/SMS will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

The estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Metropolitan Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote Locations & North-Eastern States: 5–9 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, or logistics issues.

4. Shipping Charges

We strive to keep our shipping charges fair and transparent:

  • Free Standard Shipping: On all orders.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹50 on Cash on Delivery orders.

These charges will be clearly visible at the checkout stage before you make your payment.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS containing the tracking number and courier details. You can use this information to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.

If you do not receive a tracking ID within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.

6. Delivery Partners

We work with several reputed logistics partners including but not limited to:

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • Ecom Express

  • India Post
    These partners have proven track records in reliable and timely delivery across India.

7. Failed Deliveries & Re-Shipping

If your order cannot be delivered due to reasons such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

  • Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery

  • Repeated delivery attempts without success

…the package will be returned to us. In such cases:

  • We will attempt to contact you for address confirmation.

  • You can request a re-shipment (standard re-shipping charges may apply).

  • If you choose to cancel the order instead, a refund will be issued after deducting original shipping costs.

8. Damaged or Missing Shipments

We take great care to ensure your items are securely packed. However, if your order arrives in damaged condition or items are missing:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos of the packaging and product.

  • We will investigate and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, certain factors may cause delays that are beyond our control, such as:

  • Natural disasters or weather-related disruptions

  • Transportation strikes or regional lockdowns

  • Courier company delays or misrouting

We request your patience and understanding in such situations. You will be kept informed about any significant delays.
