Q: Will Lyssian clothes shrink or fade after washing?
A: Our garments are pre-shrunk or treated to minimize shrinkage. To extend the life of your apparel, we recommend washing in cold water, inside out, using mild detergent, and avoiding tumble drying and direct sunlight.
Q: Are the prints and logos durable?
A: Yes. We use high-quality screen printing and DTG (Direct to Garment) printing that resists cracking, peeling, and fading when cared for properly.
Q: Do your clothes lose their shape over time?
A: Our garments are reinforced with high-quality stitching and ribbed hems to ensure they maintain their shape even after multiple washes.
Q: How should I wash and care for Lyssian clothing?
A: For best results, machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Avoid ironing over printed areas and always air dry when possible.

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Each product page contains a detailed size chart with measurement guidelines. If you’re between sizes or unsure, email us at customersupport@lyssian.com with your measurements, and our team will guide you to the best fit.
Q: What kind of fit should I expect—oversized, slim, or regular?
A: Product descriptions specify the intended fit—standard, oversized, or tailored. Many of our unisex items are designed to be relaxed or boxy in fit for a contemporary silhouette.
Q: Can I request custom sizing?
A: We currently do not offer custom sizes, but we are exploring this option based on growing customer interest.
📦 Orders, Payments & Delivery
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collections, choose your product, select the size, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the payment instructions.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and prepaid options. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for a flat fee of ₹50.
Q: Are there shipping charges?
A: Shipping is completely free on prepaid orders. A ₹50 charge applies to Cash on Delivery orders to help cover verification and handling costs.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, Lyssian currently does not ship internationally. We deliver exclusively within India, covering 29,000+ pincodes across the country.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines are as follows:

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking ID. You can monitor your parcel’s journey through the tracking link.
🧾 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. To request a return, email customersupport@lyssian.com with your order ID and reason.
Q: Are all items eligible for return or exchange?
A: No. Some items such as undergarments, final sale items, and personalized pieces are non-returnable. Please check product pages for specific return eligibility.
Q: How do I initiate an exchange?
A: Email us your request with your order details. Once the returned item is received and quality-checked, we’ll ship your preferred size or item. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: After receiving and verifying the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
📫 Lost, Stolen or Delayed Orders
Q: What if my order shows ‘delivered’ but I haven’t received it?
A: First, check with neighbors, building security, or delivery access points. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at customersupport@lyssian.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We’ll investigate with the courier and offer a resolution, including a replacement or refund if applicable.
Q: What if my parcel is lost or stolen in transit?
A: We take these cases seriously. If the package is lost or undelivered, reach out to us with your order details. We’ll investigate with our logistics partners and offer a refund or reship the order if the issue is confirmed.
Q: Can I request delivery insurance for my order?
A: Delivery insurance is not included by default. If you'd like to add insurance for your package, please mention it in your order notes or contact us at customersupport@lyssian.com at the time of placing your order.
